Wonderful staff! The manager and the guys helping out by the pool were especially charming. Dinner options are limited, but the food was good.

The spa could use a little work. The hot tub isn’t especially hot and some of the showers weren’t working. That said we enjoyed the sauna.

It’s a wee bit out of the way, which with a hire car is more than fine! It’s only 10/15 min to Syracuse.

The pool area is lovely. The breakfast is also excellent.

Unfortunately the description of the facilities/services on booking.com isn't accurate - there is no free shuttle service to the local beaches. We enquired about this on arrival and they advised they don't provide this service. As such, you definitely need a car if you want to use this as a base to explore Syracuse and around (taxi's are pricey). I was looking forward to using the spa at the hotel and was surprised that there was a charge to use the jacuzzi or sauna. I would (of course) expect to pay extra for treatments but would usually expect use of a jacuzzi or sauna to be complimentary. We had dinner at the restaurant one evening and the dinner was lovely but the service was very slow as there was only one member of staff serving all of the tables and running the bar. This seemed unnecessary when there were 2 members of staff sitting in the reception area chatting.
