The hotel is right on the main square in a perfect location for everything. The staff were friendly and helpful and there was a lift to go to our room. As cars aren’t allowed in the main square except to access hotels etc there was no trouble parking right in front. The car was then valet parked for a fee which was well worth it. Excellent breakfasts
Nothing. It was all perfect

Location was brilliant, staff were attentive and approachable, breakfast was very good.
Space for luggage was awkward, air conditioning was an issue but was promptly repaired

Best central location in Historic Segovia, overlooking the Plaza Mayor and The Cathedral. Rooms are spacious and comfy, although slightly outdated, but location trumps it all.
