Nos atendieron muy bien, incluso nos ofrecieron una habitacion de nivel superior al estar disponible. El hotel esta muy bien ubicado y el personal de recepcion y cafeteria fue muy amable en todo momento, el desayuno muy bueno y abundante.

El servicio de Bar estaba anunciado hasta la 1.00 AM y a las 00.30 horas al intentar tomar una infusion nos indicaron que ya estaba cerrado, creo que o bien deben ajustar el horario o indicar que cierran antes.

The location is great..

This hotel is in a great location, walkable to many restaurants and the beautiful mont juic. There is an underground station a few minutes walk away - three stops to the Main Street of la rambler. The station also takes you straight to Monserrat which is well worth seeing. Our room was quite large with a very comfortable big bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Cocktails in the bar were fab :)

Breakfast was ok- I have dietary requirements and whilst everything is well labelled for allergens, it was a bit inflexible- for example you can have pancakes made with milk but not an alternative. There’s no tailoring, what’s there is there. We stayed 7 days and I had to have the same breakfast 7 times. Same with dinner so we didn’t eat there.

Tout ! ... La situation, l'accueil, la gentillesse du personnel, la propreté, le petit déjeuner, bref ! la qualité de la prestation dans son ensemble, un vrai bonheur !

Il s'agit d'une remarque mineure : la télévision en langue française (plus de choix dans les chaînes) aurait été un plus !

Hotel molto bello e vicino alla metro insonorizzato c'era tutto persino il ferro da stiro,accappatoi e ciabatte pulizia giornaliera, macchina del caffè e tisane ,frigo con già una bottiglia d acqua......per la lingua italiana c'era sempre qualcuno che lo parlava

L unica cosa che dispiace è che non c'è il bidet

Der Check-In war besonders gut. Ricardo war super freundlich und professionell. Wir sind schon viel gereist, aber er ist uns besonders in Erinnerung geblieben :-) das Zimmer war sehr ruhig und hatte ein großes, gemütliches Bett. Das Zimmer war außerdem schön groß und sauber und hatte alles, was man braucht.

Leider fanden wir die Zimmer sehr dunkel. Zwar stylisch, aber auch durch den Blick in den Innenhof etwas duster.

Staff very friendly and helpful, close to public transportation and tourist bus stop, in the city but also close to the airport, relatively new, some restaurants nearby.

Window to the internal courtyard, no real day light, room cards did not work twice, queue waiting for coffee during breakfast time very long.

Zimmer ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Lage ist bequem, mit guter Transportanbindung. Hotel ist zu empfehlen.

Es wurde nicht gesaugt wahrend des Aufenthalts. Fruhstueck war hochwertig, aber fur den Preis koennte die Auswahl etwas groesser sein - Fisch und Gemuese hat gefehlt. Aber trotzdem war Reining und Fruhstuck sehr in Ordnung. Guter Kaffee.

Отлична локация на площад Испания, в непосредствена близост до спирката на Аеробус от летището. Изключително удобно за пътуване с метро или автобус до всяка част на града. Великолепна закуска- малко на брой, но качествени продукти, изключително вкусно. В стаите - капсули кафе Illy! Удобни матраци и легла! Всички тоалетни пренадлежности са налични. Удобна и комфортна баня!

Климатикът не работеше достатъчно добре. Не успявахме да проветрм добре. Това беше единствения дискомфорт по време на престоя ни.

Красивая гостиница! Персонал вежливый. От аэропорта доехал до гостиницы за минут 10. Завтрак-буфет не плохой. Соседей вообще не слышно, поэтому хорошо тут высыпался. Кровать хорошая, но по мне слишком мягкая. Всё чисто и почти как новое в номере. Что очень ценю так это то что чайник в номере был и хорошие чёрный и зелёный чай. Очень приятно было встать утром и прогуляться до музея, который в 15 минутах пешком от гостиницы.

Я заранее всё оплатил через сайт Booking.com (2 ночи в гостинице), но при выселении с меня потребовали ещё дополнительно оплатить туристический налог 29.8 €

A las 00:00 h. sabiendo que se cerraba el servicio de bar, no quisieron servirme un cóctel, cuando si lo estaban preparando para otros clientes, y su explicación fue decir q esos clientes habían cenado en el hotel Que es entendible, pero en el tiempo que los demás clientes consumían el cóctel, nosotros podríamos haber hecho lo propio

Świetna lokalizacja przy Placu Espanya - przy stacji metra ( między innymi stacja R5 pociąg do Montserrat) oraz autobusy we wszystkich kierunkach miasta). Bardzo smaczne śniadania, wspaniała obsługa hotelu ( Service with a smile). Pokoje bardzo ciche pomimo ruchliwej ulicy. Wygodne łóżka. W przypadku późnego wylotu można zostawić bagaż w hotelu w przechowalni za darmo. Polecam!😊👍

Wat zijn we goed geholpen. Waren veel eerder dan verwacht in het hotel en was geen probleem en konden meteen terecht op onze kamer. Vriendelijk personeel die je altijd te woord staat en goeie adviezen.

Simpatia da receção. Tanto o hotel em si como o quarto eram muito bonitos e modernos, super bem decorados. As janelas tinham estores! (Normalmente nos hotéis só têm cortinas). Tínhamos ainda disponível, água, café, chá, açúcar e adoçante, nesquik, chaleira e copos. Muito perto do metro e de um centro comercial. A dois passos da fonte mágica. Incrível

Racist Hotel We were treated badly differently, the hotel receptionist and their unprofessionalism, firstly, they got our original room number wrong, secondly, our room didn't include breakfast and we didn't have breakfast at the hotel but the hotel staff asked us to pay for breakfast when we checked out of the hotel. I can't believe this is ihg's indigo.
