Room was good except for outside party noise one night til 3am. On back of hotel 3rd floor.
Milk and water provided daily free.
Cleaning was good.
Staff friendly.
Good breakfast options. Loved the fresh orange juice.
Pool area very nice on 1st floor overlooking the sea and were always some free seats.
Good location for Rio Formosa boat trips, fish restaurants and the food markets. Just cross the road and walk left 10 minutes.
Tried to overcharge when we moved the date from June to September. Bookings.com genius support had to get involved to resolve. Still more money but not as much as they tried to charge initially when we had to move the date.
Queues for breakfast every morning no matter what time we arrived.

Lovely decor, great location, wonderful facilities
The service could’ve been a bit quicker in the pool bar

Wasn’t the most aesthetically pleasing of hotels! The entrance / lobby area was nice and had a nice aroma which gave it a nice spa feel.
Bedroom needs decorating, some of the wallpaper was hanging off and the bathroom taps were leaking
