Seeds of Silence boutique wellbeing hotel near Olhao Faro

I can’t recommend Seeds of Silence highly enough. After one of the most difficult years of my life, this beautiful place gave me exactly what I didn’t even realise I needed—peace, kindness and the chance to reconnect with the old me. From the moment I arrived, Cindy made me feel so welcome. She is an incredible host who genuinely cares about every guest. She even invited me to join a trip to the islands and took us to a wonderful traditional Portuguese restaurant, allowing us to experience the real Algarve beyond the usual tourist spots. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made my stay even more special. The food deserves a review of its own. Every meal prepared by the talented chef, Megan, and so beautifully supported by Denise, was simply exceptional. The colours, flavours and freshness of every dish were out of this world—a feast for both the eyes and the belly. You could truly feel the love, passion and care that went into every plate. A very special mention also goes to Kati, whose massage therapy was nothing short of amazing. I had been carrying months of tension and pain in my neck and shoulders, and after my treatment I felt such incredible relief. Her skill, intuition and calming presence were a huge part of my healing experience, and I’m so grateful to her. One of the unexpected highlights was the wonderful people I met. Seeds of Silence attracts such warm, genuine souls, and I left with beautiful memories of the people I met that I will always treasure. If you’re looking for somewhere to slow down, breathe, heal, reconnect with yourself or simply escape the busyness of everyday life, Seeds of Silence is truly a little piece of paradise. I arrived feeling exhausted and emotionally drained and left feeling lighter, happier and more like myself again. Thank you, Cindy, Megan, Denise, Kati and all the team for creating such a magical experience.

The place is fantastic, there’s nothing to dislike.

Tudo estava perfeito, desde a chegada, até a saída. A Denise e a Cindy são excepcionalmente acolhedores, o jardim e a piscina duma beleza rara criam um a cinta de bem estar em volta do alojamento. O pequeno almoço, digno dum chefe com duas estrelas, é mesmo oferecido com amor e carinho. Já passamos em muitos hotéis, alojamentos, nenhum até a data, atingiu este nível d'emoções, bem estar e harmonia.

Nous avons eu un véritable coup de cœur pour cet endroit. Nous avons tout aimé : le calme et la sérénité qui règnent dans ce lieu magnifique, l’accueil d’une extrême gentillesse et cette atmosphère apaisante qui invite immédiatement à la détente et au lâcher-prise. Le petit-déjeuner était exceptionnel, tout comme le dîner, préparés avec beaucoup de soin. C’est un véritable havre de paix où l’on se ressource pleinement et où l’on aimerait rester plus longtemps. Si nous avions pu attribuer une note de 12/10, nous l’aurions fait sans hésiter, tant tout était parfait !
