Staff was exceptionally helpful especially ~Serdar Şahin. e.g. provided us tourist SIM card at much cheaper price than Airport, helped me booked Taxi back to airport and I had left my ID card in hotel & they arranged this to be delivered to me on the airport (via Taxi). I am very thankful to all of them for looking after us during our stay there.

Breakfast is great. The staff members are very friendly and helpful and guide guests at every step. They provide general details with a map which is very helpful. Location is great near most important landmarks of Istanbul. It is also walking distance from Sultanahmed tram stop and public transport is a great help

It was beautiful and vintage look. Breakfast excellent and so homely feeling.the true essence of faith city.

Little smell was coming from the bathroom like sewage but it’s in the whole area it’s the problem of hotel because it’s old city.

the location was amazing, the best place in Istanbul, with amazing traditional restaurants nearby, amazing staff, beautiful location, and access to public transportation,

the rooms are not well noise canceling, our room was on the 3rd floor which is right under the terrace, one night we were sleeping right from 2:00 Pm till the early morning there were some people who are walking on the terrace and moving the chairs and talked too much, it was awful I used my noise canceling earbuds that night to sleep, besides our room was little small, we booked an economic stay, but we didn't expect that kind of, but it doesn't affect all the other possible sides of that hotel..

Kind staff. Clean. Close to all the touristic sites.

Very close to a mosque. You will be awakenet at sunrise every morning.
