Apple Tree Hotel

Property was in a great location, just a 5-10 minute walk to Hagia Sofia. The value for money was brilliant as the rooms are very low cost and have everything you need. Breakfast also included and the restaurant and terrace were brilliant. Staff were also extremely helpful with every request and made us feel very at home.

The main thing for me was the noise. The walls and windows were very thin and my room (305) backed onto the restaurant kitchen which is open until 1AM, meaning I heard a lot of noise of washing up, sinks running, plates, pots, pans, cutlery being washed and chucked around very late at night. Also the window being shut didn't keep much noise out and is on a busy street. Luckily for me I am a heavy sleeper so was okay.

Location, hotel staff were so nice and helpful Definitely come back, The breakfast view is amazing at roodtop

Might need more toilet paper and bath facilities like shampoo etc

One of the staff from uberkiztan doesn't understand english and was rude! On arrival, no welcoming words, no smiling and just ask for passport to check in. No proper instruction and look miserable. Maybe i arrived early morning and disturbing his sleeping time!.I don't understand why people gave good comments abt this hotel!. That staff always in high tone and answer wrong when i ask something. I asked him nicely abt check out time is it 12 noon and he answer in rude with not possibble midnight!😂 They don't use tree socket and it's far to walk to the shop!! The corridor, stairs was smelly! The room phone wasn't working and i had reported but no action taken so i have to come down each time i need something!. The breakfast is average. I swear i will never come back to this hotel! Totally nightmare for me!
