Absolutely stunning hotel, recently refurbished. Rooms immaculate with the most comfortable beds. Excellent location with wonderful authentic bars within walking distance and a castle. Free parking too. Fabulous breakfast.
We had only one complaint and that was our shower was broken and these things do happen unfortunately, however, the hotel was fully booked so we were unable to change rooms. The hotel did offer us the use of the spa showers and then an unused room shower which was helpful but it did slightly spoil our experience as it was just awkward having to go out for a shower.

Location and pool
Checkin was very long queue and room wasn’t ready the two times I checked. 3rd time just before 6pm the receptionist had to ring to check if rooms were cleaned. Receptionist kept saying she was very busy as people were checking in non stop and people check out late so cleaners were behind.
