Breakfast
Staff lack of attention to presentation - many tabes in bar areas left with dirty glasses after vacated. Staff need a lesson
on empty hands. Never have empty hands when glasses need collecting. Constant watch over area prsentation.

Lovely quirky hickelty pickelty hotel with very nice rooms, nice bar/restaurant and lovely staff.
Nothing, would always try and stop there when in Boston.

Lovely room and staff
Very noisy outside in a Saturday night.

The room was clean on first sight however the windows had cobwebs and the bathroom bin was used. There was hairs in the bathroom and there is mould surrounding the shower holder.
