Free (open) parking and good free breakfast, front desk staff & breakfast ladies were also very nice.
Far away from city center/old town (10min walk to a tram station, then 20min in the tram. Tram 16 takes and brings you back but you need to be willing to walk and be far away from everything. I also saw a cockroach as soon as I entered the bedroom, which is minuscule and is located across the street from the hotel, where you have to check-in first). No AC, so you need to leave the window necessarily open for ventilation (bugs); there’s a fan though and a small mini-fridge.
