Hotel Strasser

The location is perfect and the the stuff is very friendly

I asked for flowers and candles last moment and the guy behind the desk, very kind. Did arrange it!

Nothing

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Everything was beautifully maintained and clean, which made the whole experience very pleasant and comfortable. The staff were also very responsive and quick to help with anything we needed. A big plus was the private parking, which made everything much more convenient. The location was great, the old town was just a little over a 20-minute walk away, and there were also two grocery stores, a bus station, and a train station nearby, which made getting around very easy and convenient. Overall, we felt very comfortable and well taken care of during our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!

Hotel has a convenient location - in vicinity of the Graz Haptbahnhof and tram platforms. I liked the design of this hotel. The personnel was very kind and helpful. Room was clean and I got even bigger than the one I booked. Bathroom was clean and spacious too. I enjoyed breakfast - personnel cooked for me fresh scrambled egg once I showed up in the breakfast room.

I really enjoyed my stay, but the low temperature in the room was a big problem. As soon as I discovered this, I asked the receptionist to turn up the heat, but unfortunately it didn't work out as the whole building apparently was poorly heated. I had to sleep in sweater and covered with two quilts. The next morning, it was still cold, even in the breakfast room. Maybe it was accidental case, as I have seen positive reviews regarding temperature in the rooms.
