We stay in hotel Sud whenever we are in Graz and everything is always perfectly clean, everyone is friendly, the breakfast is delicious and varied, we don't have to think about where to park and the garden is also great. We'll definitely come back

every things it was so nice

Good hotel in the south region of Graz, easily accessible via A9 Autobahn. Room was very quiet, clean and comfortable!

Apparently there are multiple buildings. I was in the backside building with the entrance via the loggia. It is not really any issue. However, your only window is set directly next to the entrance making your neighbor walk past a big window into your room.

Room was cold at first but I handler that. All the extra moisture would condeze on balcony doors and run back into the room floor. At breakfast no halal/kosher meat options

nice stay, we visited the hotel for one night. Everything's all right. the room was clean. swimming pool and sauna area available. possibility of arrival with a dog for an additional fee. very tasty breakfast

Breakfast staff was extremely rude. While I was packing up the car with our luggage, I've sent my girlfriend to breakfast to eat something and grab something for me before the trays are taken, one lady from the kitchen staff (that was looking disgusted at us in previous days; Austrian/Hungarian maybe) yelled to her in German something about the breakfast hours, shown her she's overtime by a few minutes and kicked her out. It's as if she was waiting for the opportunity to harrass her, because she didn't dare say anything to me. I've travelled to 14 countries and this never happened to me. Even the frontdesk lied to us and blamed it on "lost in translation" kind of misunderstanding. It blows my mind that for 154 euro/night for a studio apartment you can get treated like this. Otherwise I would have left a higher rating, but such staff should be prompty fired for this kind of behavior in the service industry.
