Comfortable room, in the city center and everything at walking distance, breakfast OK and friendly staff
Accessibility not that easy due to the setting of the village, hotel is been renovated (which will be positive at the end)

Great location, few steps to the town … second time we have stayed here. We had originally booked a triple room but on arrival the room only had a double and single. They quickly sorted this out and gave us an additional room at no extra cost.
There was a festival in whilst we were there so fireworks and music going off all night long (not the hotels fault! )

The location just behind the main street of Potes was good. The buffet breakfast was basic but good value.
We booked the hotel because it had spa facilities but as soon as we booked we received a message to say that the spa was closed. The hotel was very basic, and our room had a large pillar in the middle. The bathroom was very dated and the over bath shower head did not fix to the wall.
