The staff are wonderful and so helpful

La persona de recepción muy amable. Teníamos habitación triple e íbamos dos personas. Nos cambió la reserva de tres a dos personas reduciendo la tarifa. Muchas gracias. La habitación estaba muy bien y la relación calidad-precio, fantástica.

Air con only available for a short period. Had to ask for the remote and then it shut down at midnight

The staff were lovely and helpful. Especially our waitress in the restaurant. The food was very good. The room was clean. What a shame it was let down as the position is good too.

The over riding memory will be the aircon or not! The air con remote is kept at reception and then the aircon is only accessible at certain times! Although they say it is not included it is listed on booking.com as a service, so should be available as needed. The room gets particularly hot in the weather we had so maybe the time rule should be relaxed when in a heatwave. The room made us feel ill and being told to open the window didn't help. We booked this hotel because it had Aircon.
