The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff (reception and housekeeping), as well as the location. I didn't book breakfast, so I can't comment on it.

The hotel is in a beautiful setting. There were fresh flowers on the property (restaurant, reception, hallways). The staff are kind, great service and incredible.
