Ourania Apartments Hotel

The pool area appeared to easily accommodate the the people staying there which, was in a fantastic garden setting, The hotel grounds were neat and tidy with s small village lay out. Rooms were spacious and cleaned every day with excellent Wi-Fi in all areas of the grounds. Snack bar was basic but, good value and tasty. All staff were fabulous and approachable with good English.

Better TV chanel options would have been nice, hard to fault the place.

Generally very spacious room and everything very clean!

I had ants in my room and on the bed which did not let me really sleep! I mentioned that in a kind way. The receptionist knew the problem and was kind of offended by telling her this. The solution was that she could use chemicals but mentioned that would be not good becuase of my kids. This is no solution. And if they know they have that problem they should be more aware about that and find a solution. Finally nothing happened!!! NOT GOOD

Zo geregeld.

The complex is quite nice as such. Nice little terraces, wifi was good.

We do not usually stay at places like this, so the impersonality of the place was a little unexpected. It was just beds. And 1 table. The bathroom door was very noisy, and it had no lock. And no shower curtain.
