Location, cleanliness, excellent beds and bathroom. Staff was nice. There are stairs but they are carpeted, with good hand rails and well lit. It is over a busy pub.

Great property and location. Rooms were EXCEPTIONALLY clean. Staff were lovely.
This is not a didn’t like but a should’ve known…it’s above a pub…so pub noises happen and it was a bit loud for sleeping…we should have known and brought earplugs. Overall great stay!

Room was ok loads of dust really dirty round window smell when window was open
Pub was really busy managed to get to front of queue but barman seemed to ignore me and serve guys at back of me
