Open floor plan wash basin and shower we're all open to the room toilet was enclosed by a door good for solo travelers or couples. Staff is extremely friendly. Complimentary breakfast was good with a variety of choices.The beds are comfortable. Location is good many restaurants and stores close

We loved the proximity to our favourite spots in Parque 93! Around the corner were some of our favourite restaurants, a little walk and we were at Andino Mall, the park was nearby, the street was clean and upscale! The property was really nice and well-kept! The shower was the BEST shower we had in a while! The water pressure was like a waterfall - it was amazing! The receptionists and bellman were sooo kind and friendly! They made us feel like they were happy to see us each time we passed through the lobby! I would recommend this hotel to anyone! We will be back!

The location was good. The staff was nice
The room was average, it didn’t look like the pictures. The breakfast ingredients were not fresh. We had problems with hot water for two days. The room was really cold with no heating

excellent location and super friendly and helpful staff. the breakfast is excellent and the room comfortable and sound proof. the location is excellent with many options for restaurants and nightlife. highly recommended. the taxi drivers who work for the hotel , in particular Ruben, who is the best, were readily available day trips and city drives .

The friendly staff, the breakfast that was included during your stay it was great and the room, it is clean and comfy.
There was no heater inside the room.The weather was already cold. The room should have an aircon and heater option.
