El colchón era blando. La cocina solo tenía muebles vacíos y nevera. Ni cubiertos, ni platos, ni vasos o microondas.

Good location in a safe neighborhood. Rooms are very large.

Facilities are old, the private kitchen in the rooms are useless as there are no appliances.. breakfast is quite poor

My experience at Richmond Suite Hotel on Calle 93 in Bogotá was quite positive. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly and attentive staff members who made me feel very welcome. The location of the hotel on Calle 93 was a real highlight. It's a bustling area with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and a nice park within walking distance. This made exploring the neighborhood (zona T) and trying out local cuisine incredibly convenient. Upon entering my room, I was pleased to find a clean and well-maintained space. The international breakfast buffet offered a nice selection as well! Throughout my stay, the hotel staff remained attentive and ready to assist with any inquiries I had. From recommendations for local attractions to helping with transportation arrangements, their professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile were greatly appreciated. The only minor downside I encountered was that I had to pay an extra for an early check-in, but it was fine. In conclusion, my stay at the Richmond Suite hotel on Calle 93 in Bogotá was a delightful experience. The combination of its safe location, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff made for a memorable visit. Recommended!

I stayed one night at this place, after an upgrade offer in Booking. I got a huge, king sized room, with a big bathroom, small kitchenette (didn't use it though) and even a treadmill. Bed was huge and comfy, the WiFi worked fine and shower was very enjoyable. Friendly staff, they stored my luggage after check-out. The local area is quite secure.

The breakfast was buffet style but not so varied. Fitted carpet in the room (but that's more for health reasons).

Cleaning staff was great.

The suite had poor lighting. The power went in and out several days and didn't include basic kitchn ware, and what was provided wasn't clean. Additionally, the hotel charged to have visitors, which wasn't listed prior to booking.

Not cleaned properly. All furniture, floor, carpet, bathroom are very deteriorated. View and surroundings are not nice. Too noisy. Barely any bathroom supplies, not even Tissues.

The location was oke

Room was horrible. No WiFi in the whole room, Window was cracked, the bath was horrible: wall broken, floor super ragged and the tap loose and horrible to control, bathroom window was broken, We went for this hotel due to them giving a free upgrade, but we suspect that it is just a trick to get tourists. Its almost impossible to have a worse room. We were in 203 in the first floor.
