Lage zu weit weg von Candeleria, direkt an großer Straße, Aussicht nicht ansprechend

Very good breakfast, nice and modern room, clean, amazing staff, good location. I would definitely stay there again.

- large breakfast selection - clean and comfortable - big room - very friendly and helpful staff!!

- AC didn’t work (but the staff gave us a portable one)

Great location and nice utilities - staff is wonderful - specially Johana

+ big and nicely decorated room, pretty quiet with a lot of light and big windows, comfy beds + breakfest buffet was good, + nice terrace with the gym on 10th floor with nice views over Bogota + friendly and helpful receptionists + location (safe) on the main Calle 100, close to clubs, restaurants etc.

- staff at the breakfest was a bit chaotic/understaffed, they mixed orders, quality of breakfest buffet was varying a lot (some days impecable buffet, some days quite average)

Air conditioning is pre programmed. I prefer to have the control myself

water pressure and temperature were great, bed was nice, breakfast buffet is amazing but a bit overprice. For the quality of service and rooms, night rate is fair.

the gym was out dated

I think it was a really good start to my adventure trip in Colombia. The hotel was in a good location, and the room was very much spacious with good facilities and a nice view out the window. Staff were fairly helpful, I don't have any significant complaints to place on them. The area was safe, overall a good experience. Perhaps a bit pricey for their overall service and room, but not to the high extent that I'm left disappointed at the end.

Staff could have been more supportive with transportation and guidance around the area. The feel/vibe wasn't the greatest, but overall, I'm happy.
