It's a beautiful hotel next to the Virrey Parc with friendly staff that is around 24/7. You can easily walk to the most recommended areas like Zona T or Parque 93. The room was spacious and well equipped. The breakfast was wonderful, with lots of choices of pastries and fresh tropical fruits and eggs and arepa's on demand. The hotel offers bikes to explore the area, wonderful to mak use of the closed roads on Sunday for the Ciclovia. The warmed pool with an amazing rooftop view of Bogota was an extra plus!

L’établissement dispose de beaux appartements spacieux et est situé dans un quartier safe et agréable.
La première nuit, alors que nous étions dans nos lits, une personne s’est introduite dans notre appartement. Nous avons demandé des explications au personnel à 3 reprises. Ils nous ont dit qu’ils vérifieraient les caméras de sécurité. Hélas, nous n’avons jamais eu de retour malgré nos relances, si bien que nous n’avons jamais fermé l’œil durant nos nuits.
On pourrait également trouver à redire sur la propreté (serviette de bain avec du maquillage, évier qui fuit, chaussettes oubliées), sur le personnel ne parlant pas du tout anglais et sur le petit déjeuner incomplet (nous étions par exemple rationnés sur le beurre, pas de confiture…).
L’établissement dispose de réels atouts mais qui ont été immédiatement contre balancés par ces nombreux problèmes.

This hotel totally exceeded our expectations. The staff was very professional and helpful! Our room was clean and spacious and the rooftop pool and gym were a little peace of heaven with an incredible 360 view of the city! The breakfast was delicious and the team went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Walkable to everything - restaurants, bars, coffee shops shopping, groceries, parks - and multiple neighbourhoods to get a feel for Bogota overall. Thank you Jenny and everyone at Cassa Luxury Homes! See you again!

The apartment is not well isolated from the corridor and other apartments therefore very noisy.

Location was perfect, staff was friendly, breakfast was nice, and the facilities are actually pretty nice
They didn’t let me know pool was out of service so that was annoying during the first day. They fixed it afterwards though, but they should have communicated it prior to my stay

I did the reservation two weeks before the date and while I was in the airport 5 hours before arriving to the hotel they told me the rooms are reserved they gave it to someone else because they wanted to extend and that was very disrespectful.
Very bad reason and I would never recommend anyone a hotel who doesn't respect there word of confirmed reservation. Thanks God I was welcomed in a better Hotel

Cassa Luxury Homes is the perfect alternative to a hotel. The rooms/ apartments are so spacious, generous and beautifully decorated, and also very well equipped with kitchen, kettle, big Tv, desk etc. The location is perfect, in front of a park with playgrounds and restaurants and shopping nearby. The personal is very kind, super attentive and made us feel again very welcome. Another nice plus are the gym and the heated roof top pool. The breakfast is delicious with a vast choice of cold and warm food, rather a brunch! this was our third stay at Cassa and we can highly highly recommend it!

I love the penthouse apartment.ir has everything. It's huge and has 2 balcony's. It has its own elevator entrance.the breakfast service is top notch.i used their bicycle 20 times no problems. I swam in a heated pool at night with a waterfall!!beat that.

Breakfast could be better and the windows in our studio were broken so we couldn’t close them.
