Gran Hotel Suances

Nuestra experiencia ha sido buenísima, íbamos con las expectativas bajas por algunas de las reseñas y hemos vuelto encantados, la habitación muy limpia y la cama muy cómoda, el buffet estaba genial y todo buenísimo!!. El personal es muy agradable y Marta la encargada un encanto, atentos en todo momento, hemos estado súper a gusto, cuando vayamos a Suances repetiremos sin duda alguna!!

Nice hotel just a short walk from restaurants and beaches. Nice pool and spacious rooms, and there is parking available.

There is a separate breakfast for groups, which had a very limited choice. The beds are very hard and the walls really thin and thus not soundproof. Make sure to keep the key cards far away from your phone or they will not work.

Clean, large, comfortable beds (I don’t like soft beds), clean towels every day, nice view, very friendly staff!

The doors inside the room do not soundproof so you can hear the other guests on the hallway. But I use earplugs and for my husband and son it was not a problem.

The beds are large and comfortable. We slept very well! Hotel parking was empty with no problem to park.

This is far off from a 4 star hotel. The reception was always empty, you had to call out loud and wait for someone to appear. We also didn't like the location, definitely not 400m from beach as stated. Having to walk a steep hill alongside a busy car road wasn't enjoyable. But the area of Suances is like that. One time I got a new clean towel with spots on it from prior use, the ventilator in the bathroom was dirty with a lot of dust in it. Sometimes it took a long time for the hot water in the shower. Additionally we had the room view on the side of reconstruction of the hotel's pool. So we couldn't open the windows due to noise and dust / bad air.
