Ci siamo trovati molto bene in questa struttura, posizionata in centro. Le camere sono spaziose e pulite, la terrazza dove si serve la colazione è meravigliosa, con una vista bellissima sui vulcani Misti e Chachani. Il personale è veramente gentile e disponibile: ci ha permesso di lasciare in deposito i bagagli nei due giorni in cui abbiamo fatto l’ascesa al vulcano Chachani.

Great hotel with beautiful rooftop patio, to sit and to have breakfast, and view of both volcanos! Staff was very accommodating letting us check in early after an early bus arrival in the morning.

a 10 minute walk from the main square, comfy beds, good hot shower, didn't have breakfast here, in fact our stay here was all good until it was time to leave, and then it took a turn for the worse....

I had arranged with the host that we would paying for one and half nights so we could have a late check out. We paid when we checked in, but it turns out we had not been charged for the half night, we hadn't noticed, so when we got back much delayed from a trip to colca canyon, we were in very real danger of missing check in for our next flight, the traffic was crazy and I was getting frantic, we packed in 5 mins flat, only to have the host try to hold our suitcases to ransom when we really needed to just go! There was no need for that. She had my credit card details. Suggest she gets her staff to charge correctly in the first place. Left a very bad taste in the mouth when I was already stressed. Caught the plane only thanks to a kamikaze taxi driver!
