Hotel with small individual houses, which was something nice and new to me. Friendly staff. I checked in late and there was no issues with that. Good breakfasts Great sport facilities and water part included into the price, although I didn’t use it since I had no time.
The house is not new, in moderate shape.

Spacious room, quiet area, and access to the water park. The hotel is a short taxi ride from the city center. There is also a billiard table. The staff are polite and helpful.
The main drawbacks were that the in-room pool and sauna were under renovation during our stay. The lighting was also quite dim, especially in the bedroom.

It's a little way out of the city centre, but yandex taxis are so cheap it's not a problem. The hotel with the breakfast was a couple of minutes walk away. Breakfast was ok, strange to have a view of the gym! the indoor water park was fine - beware you need a swim cap and also flip flops or sandals or you can't get in. We had to buy caps at the park for 3 of us. The staff at the hotel were very kind and helpful - it felt like we were the only guests! Perhaps it was early in the season.
The resort is indeed a little tired. We were also disappointed that the outdoor water park was not yet open, at the beginning of June, even though the weather was super hot.
