Access to aqua park and the villa type accomodation
Staff needs to be more accommodating and not intimidating. Smile can help the establishments success.

We liked slides, two-storey room, bed clothes and staff's kindness

The rooms were excellent, and the thing I liked most was the massage. It was reasonably priced and performed by a professional staff member. Also, the woman who works there kindly gave us the room one hour before the official check-in time
The breakfast was terrible. The salad was not fresh, and the variety of food was very poor. The staff at the hotel’s pool area were also not professional. Every half hour, they would close the sauna or shut down the jacuzzi, which was very inconvenien
