Cleopatra Hotel

We landed 5 hrs late due to flight issues but checked in with no problem middle of the night, quick and easy. Breakfast was good, great choice and they have big takeaway cups for tea and coffee. Food at the pool bar was lovely and great price. Rooms were good size and clean. The gym was a good size and had a stream room and sauna in each of the changing rooms. If you have a late flight you can shower and change in the gym which was great to have, just ask the gym manager for towels.

The pool was good but needs cleaned daily as the leaves were blowing in from nearby trees. We had issues with our room safe twice but maintenence sorted it after the second time.

I had breakfast included but I did not use this option - instead I decided to use the Hotel gym and swimming pool which were great for a city hotel. It is my second stay and the service remained consistent. Staff helpful, never antagonistic and always ready to facilitate any request. Central location and clean rooms with all basic necessities in place. Good value for money for frequent business visits.

Nothing that you wouldn't expect in this category of hotel. I would extend the gym and pool opening times from early morning to late evening for an early or late workout before/after heading to a busy work or business schedule.

Great location close to the old city

Staff were pretty unfriendly, almost disinterested. The entire pool area was not ready for the season, in fact we were told it is opening only end of May. There should have been a note on their website to say so. And apart from ground entry level (which seems to have been renewed) the hotel was quite outdated.
