I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I do not speak the language and they went above and beyond to help me find the things that I needed. The pool area was beautiful and the breakfast was great and included many options.
My room was not in the best condition. There was a large stain on the carpet and cigarette burns on the night stand. I would have expected more from such a nice hotel.

Mostly the location, staff polit and friendly in general. Clean and tidy.
The bathroom do need to be renovated, or at least parts of it. Lots of flies coming from outside to the room
We asked the lady at reception if we could have a late checkout, and pay a bit extra , she accepted but then she went back on it !

A nice, clean hotel, very big rooms with a great view over the mountains, nice, full towels. Breakfast was very good, although not exceptional. Staff very friendly.
The check out time and procedure should be improved-it took for me at least 20 minutes which is a substantial time before the departure in the morning. There was also a problem when I was being picked up by a car-the hotel staff was not happy with the car waiting in front of the hotel. This could be improved as it contributes to the comfort of stay.
