Dewi Sinta Hotel and Restaurant

Everything was perfectly fine for the price. Walking distance to Tanah Lot, comfortable and clean beds, helpful staff. We enjoyed our stay! So convenient to be able to walk to the temple for sunset, and again in the morning before the crowds. Plenty places to eat and curio shop around.

Not the resort's fault, but it is impossible to book a Grab to go out of the resort. So just be prepared to pay the taxi fees. We paid 400k to go to Ubud from there. We attempted to walk to a pick up point but no Grabs accepted our ride. The taxi driver told us the closest pick up point the Grab is allowed to use is 3km away 😝 but once you accept this as the reality it's not so bad. Life's a hustle 😉 at least Grab can drop you at the resort on arrival. Also the shower doesn't get very hot, but hot enough to have a good wash!

The location was perfect. Right in the centre of the market and close to the temple but very quiet and secluded. It was set out like a Balinese village with lovely rooms either side of the " street" . The pool was lovely and we were the only guests using it . The staff were so friendly and smiley and really wanted to make our stay pleasant.

It needs a bit of updating , especially the bathroom .

The restaurant food was very disappointing? We pre paid for breakfast for 6 days and after the first did not want the remaining 5 mornings: they did not give a refund. The first night’s dinner; both our dishes had no flavor, spicy or otherwise.
