Great Old Town location.

The location was very convenient to explore the old town of Split

It was hard to get the luggage up the very steep stairs but the concierge helped out. The place is a little bit hard to find. You’ll have to walk approx. 5 min from where the taxi can drop you off. It’s hidden behind small alleys, which can be a plus because you are away from the crowds.

- Location 5/5. - The size of the bed

- Even though the bed was big, it was noticeably divided in the middle which wasnt comfortable when you sleep with your significant other. - Bathroom door not lockable and not even attached to anything. The whole frame of the door was loose and in risk of falling off. - Black mold in the shower at the corner of the floor. - Water drainage in the shower was attrocious, there was around 5cm of water on the floor after showering for 2-3minutes. - The premises didn't accept card. Only cash or PayPal. They "forced" to choose the PayPal payment as "family or friends" instead of "services or products" which I believe is to avoid taxes or similar. - Hard to find - Overly soft beds which doesn't fit for me and have backache now

The lighting was too Bright there was no option to dim the Very Bright Lights . In apartment 2 there was a very bad smell . This was not connected to the Fish Market steps from the door . Unfortunately the Foyer was also incredibly Smelly & stairs & handrail to third floor were dirty and dilapidated, Dangerously so .

the guy from hotel pushed me to pay extra because i put card in wrong box, what they told me to do! threatend with police. His wouldnt let me talk to the boss because he was to busy in switzerland and he told this boss took all the money if i didnt pay from him! Really bad experience lost lots of money

amazing location - within old town but down a quiet side street so no noise. great powerful shower and bonus of Netflix on tv. Host was great! we decided to stay in Split a couple of extra nights but unfortunately they only had availability for 1 extra night. They assisted booking us into their sister accommodation and moved our luggage for us whilst we were out on trips.

Great location, easy checkout, and comfortable bed. Good internet connection, room had all amenities.

It would have been nice if the housekeeping dropped off some additional toiletries/toilet paper for longer stays. Not a deal breaker.

Room was lovely beds really comfortable, shower big easy to use and hot. We did not have breakfast as there were plenty of bakery close by. Excellent central position everything in easy walking ditance

Finding the rooms. We were expecting a sign saying Spalato rooms whereas it was in a very small street with just the number and room sign. Simple directions from the square would making finding the rooms a lot easier

Lovely stay. Perfect location when visiting Split. Right in the heart of the old town. Everything is just a few steps away. The host was at hand to assist with any questions.

Not well marked, just a room in a back courtyard, had to wait to get let in after finding and then calling the owner, but all fine in the end.

Great location - very close to everything. Bathroom/shower very good. Bed was very comfortable and air con worked well. The host Stipe contacted giving clear directions on how to find the property. We were able to leave our luggage after we checked out for a couple of hours

I loved it

The location was perfect in the central old town. Arrived stressed but we instantly relaxed after checking in with an array of bars and restaurants in the town square just a few steps away. The double room was modern and had all we needed. Will be back very soon!

The hotel is located at the heart of city center, close to everything! The location is really good! The host was really kind and always willing to help, flexible to provide the good service or suggest plans or restaurants in the city. The rooms are comfortable and very clean

The credit card is not accepted

The air conditioner didn't cool the room (at all) and it was a very hot night. We couldn't sleep because we were sweating and uncomfortable. We wouldn't rent again for that reason. With that being said, the room was beautiful and it was the perfect location. I just wish the air conditioner would have worked.

The bed and sheets were very comfy. The locations was perfect. They let us check in at 9:30am already and kept our bags for us all day. The cleaners did come in afterwards while we were already there and cleaned the room... didn't really like that they went into our room with our things inside but was good that they cleaned the floors at least.

The floors were dirty. The bathroom window blind was completely broken and just left hanging on the window so we had full exposure. The reception was in one building, the room in another and breakfast in yet another. You could only pay cash for the room so we couldn't use our credit on Booking.com nor a credit card. When we asked for directions to breakfast the guy just said 'it's right around the corner' but of course to him it was but to us it was a maze and took us a while to find it. The door lock to our room was really loose. The only reason we felt semi-safe was because there were two other doors with locks we had to go through before accessing our room. When I told the reception guy, he said that they were already aware of it. For the pictures on the website and price, we expected much more.

This place is a recently renovated building with terrific location. The building is very old but it is brand new inside. The rooms have everything new and the bed was really comfortable. The washrooms are brand new with perfect shower. The location is superb since it is just few meters away from all the attractions. It is highly recommendable place !!

On the first floor, it could be really noisy if the people are coming in and out of the building.
