The hotel and location were excellent, nice quiet place. They did evening meals for us, there were few places nearby to eat and the meals were both very good. I would certainly recommend taking advantage of the meals offer. The rooms were spacious, well decorated and with large beds.
Part of the hotel was undergoing some decoration and items for this were left on the stairs and never moved during or stay. The garden could have been better looked after, shabby in places.

Nous avons eu un très bon accueil dans in cadre superbe. La chambre était spacieuse et confortable. Les sanitaires étaient très propre et pour couronner le tout, un excellent, très copieux et varié petit déjeuner. Nous recommandons.

bed comfort, mattress
castle is only a castle on the outside. Bedroom decorum is average at best, with carpet cheaply laid out. Very pricey for what it is.

"Struttura magnifica, anche se un po’ defilata. Jerome cuoco bravissimo, colazione spettacolare"
