Wonderfully warm hosts and the rooms beautiful - just as the pictures suggest. The glass of port a lovely touch of luxury. Very comfortable beds.

We had a wonderful stay in the East Beach Guest House and will come back. Richard & Mark are the nicest hosts we met on our whole trip through the south of England.

Location was great, very convenient for the beach. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. We chose to have breakfast served in the lounge/dining room. The continental breakfast was great and the dining room had lovely views towards the sea. Our hosts were extremely pleasant and friendly.
We liked everything.
