Beautiful four poster room, with exceptional vineyard views from balcony

The shower door was very very hard to slide open and then came apart in our hands. Needs an update. We asked via email about wine tasting (one of our reasons to visit) but no reply. So we tasted and bought wine from another local supplier who delivered it to us at the hotel!

Das Weingut liegt traumhaft eingebettet in den Weinbergen und bietet eine wunderschöne Aussicht sowie herrliche Ruhe. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich habe tolle Tipps zur Erkundung der Umgebung und auch zum Fahrradverleih bekommen. Sowohl das Frühstück als auch das Abendessen waren großartig und haben meinen Aufenthalt perfekt abgerundet. Ich wäre sehr gerne noch eine Nacht länger geblieben, leider war kein Zimmer mehr verfügbar. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und komme sehr gerne wieder!

Nice room, bad service

At check in they didn’t tell us there wasn’t an extra bed for our child. We had to wait in the restaurant to get served. When we wanted to buy wine, the people were no where to be found and when we asked the lady was annoyed. We paid upon checkout and then was charged through credit card. Overall too bad that we didn’t experience a good service as the location is nice.
