The breakfast was good and the location was perfect, just a short walk to the village where there are a selection of great restaurants. Folca was a fantastic host, really helpful and provided lots of useful information for us to enjoy our stay. The cottage was rustic and charming with lots of history, and just what we wanted after our river cruise. It was clean and new towels were provided each day, which was a nice bonus. If we are in the area in the future, we would definitely return.
Not having a shower curtain made showers a little awkward. Also the addition of a mirror in the bedroom, even a small one would be helpful for ladies.

The magnificent view of Avignon across the river from the bedroom window, the quiet village a short walk away, our wonderful host who has cultivated the intimate character of this ancient dwelling.

Our room had an absolutely stunning river view, with the beautiful village and majestic mountains stretching out before us. Waking up to such breathtaking scenery was truly special. We enjoyed watching the moon at night and the spectacular sunrise right from our room. The landscape was simply unforgettable — one of the most beautiful views I have ever experienced in my life. It made our stay truly memorable.

We had dinner at Garden terrace with a great landscape and fresh air. The dinner was splendid and sophisticated fusion French cuisine.

Indubbiamente la posizione la rende un autentica perla, siamo stati accolti e serviti per tutto il soggiorno da un ragazzo che ci ha veramente trattato con i guanti bianchi, bravo. Buona la colazione anche se non particolarmente varia. Parcheggio gratuito in un cortile della Maison ma anche in strada non era difficile trovarlo gratuitamente.
La struttura è una dimora storica e forse ci saremmo aspettati che tutto fosse al top, purtroppo il giardino sia interno che intorno alla piscina necessitava di un opera di manutenzione così come la stanza dove una profonda rinfrescata sarebbe stata indispensabile. Mancava la tv, il climatizzatore era rumoroso e non vi erano zanzariere alle finestre, da mettere sicuramente una tenda nel bagno, la mattina il sole non trova ostacoli. Abbiamo altresì usufruito del ristorante, servito sopra una spettacolare terrazza. I piatti da alta cucina erano molto belli alla vista ma non altrettanto al palato, prezzi alti.
