The best hotel I have ever experienced. The hotel is 10 minutes from the centrum by walk. The terrace is great where the breakfast is served. There are two open terraces where you can watch the sunrise and the balloons. The breakfast is awesome. The staff is really helpful, we booked the hot air balloon ride and the atv ride via them. The room was clean and big enough.

An Unforgettable Cappadocia Stay – 10/10 Experience!Our stay at the Osmanlı Hotel was absolutely flawless from start to finish.The Staff & Hospitality: The entire reception team is incredible! They are so helpful and truly make you feel right at home. I won't name anyone individually because every single person we encountered was absolutely awesome.The Rooms: Our room was beautiful, featuring a spacious and comfortable traditional Turkish design.The Terrace & Views: The 360-degree terrace is spectacular. Watching the hot air balloons rise at 6:00 AM from up there was an out-of-this-world, magical experience.The Food: We looked forward to the lovely Turkish breakfast served on the terrace every single morning. The hotel terrace restaurant also has a mouth-watering dinner menu. A special thank you to our waitress, Zahra, who was a wonderful host and made our dining experiences so memorable.Excursions: The hotel handled all of our excursion bookings, and every single tour they arranged was amazing and went smoothly.We cannot recommend Osmanlı Hotel enough. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Very clean and well maintained spacious rooms. The Roof top terrace has amazing view of hot air balloons in the morning. Breakfast buffet was good too. Most importantly the staff were very friendly, polite and approachable. The two house keeping ladies were so sweet as-well. Finally cannot forget to mention Patron the cutest hotel dog 😊
