Garden Suites Hotel Cappadocia

The staff were very welcoming, kind, and helpful. The tow female staff members around during the day were particularly kind and accommodating. And one female staff in the dining hall during breakfast was very kind and helpful, with very enthusiastic energy.

The room I got looked different to the room I originally booked. I was offered a different room for one night, inittially I refused the offer, as the hassle of moving for just one night didn’t sound appealing, but when I asked to see the room availble I changed my mind. The staff at the reception at that time asked me to come back in 30minutes. Although he was lot attending to any other guests at that time. I came back after 10-15minutes, and he said the room was gone. I found that a bit hard to believe and was very disappointed. Breakfast was very very basic. Same thing every day. With Although the package said exceptional breakfast when we booked.

Good location. Room is very nice and clean. The hotel is beautiful. Good roof top for hot air balloon views and pictures. Very good breakfast.

Smell cigarette smoke all over in the lobby area. It made me headache when I was sitting by the sofa.

Everything was beyond expectation the staff is so nice and the location is amazing! Most def going back to the same hotel!!

Everything is clean nice breakfast and great location
