Nice room, decent facilities. Owner was very helpful

Location close to tram line, about 1/2 hour walk from Amsterdam Centraal and short distance to museums and centre, room nicely decorated, bed was comfortable, room and bathroom were clean.

There was a bit of a strange smell in the room.

The location is perfect ...many shops and restaurants around as well easy access to trams. Dam square is near, canal tours.and the Red light. The accomodation is comfortable ,we had a double comfy bed, there's shower ,fridge,coffee maker, kettle for cup of tea,hair drier and many more. Its always clean and neat,new towels everyday. Excellent communication from the owner and other staff. Our stay was great for 4 days...from England

Nothing ..its all good

The location was great - centrally located, next to a good grocery store, parks, and center of town. We didn't meet our host on check-in and didn't interact with staff often, but when we did see someone, they were nice!

The amenities were quite bare bones - I asked multiple times about filling up water bottles, but the staff couldn't help us with it. Housekeeping filled up one water bottle in the room each day as part of services, but they didn't fill up the reservoir in the coffee machine so that meant that half of that water went to coffee anyway. There was a public tap close by but it was closed while we were there. The safe in our room was also not working - I messaged the host about it but they never circled back and didn't have it fixed while we were there. I later noticed there were lockers downstairs, but the host never offered us a locker or another solution. The fridge didn't really cool well, even though it was set to the lowest temp. We put a bottle of wine in there and it got to cool at best but not cold.
