Bay Court

I booked this property for my elderly parents who’s needed to be on ground floor my mother n father were so pleased to be able to get away for couple days n not have to worry about nothing . The b&b was clean&tidy the room was clean n tidy beds were comfortable. Breakfast was lovely able to pick what u wanted. The host was lovely n couldn’t do enough for my parents during their stay. She wasn’t going to be in when they arrived but made sure everything was easy enough for them to get into the b&b and into there room. Parking was also not a problem and she was very kind to help out if there were any problems with parking right on the sea front couldn’t ask for much more. So glad I choose this b&b for my parents and would do so again

Lose toilet seat, towel rail did not hold them up very well. Bathroom door in poor state of repair

Booked for my parents. The room was beautiful with a big window facing prom (trees blocked view but nevertheless, was perfect). Excellent communication with Julia who was very accommodating .

Since it was for my parents on their 70s, the only thing they said is how there is no staff at reception or around. They seen managed/owner once and said she was really lovely. This isn’t a negative at all, it is a generation thing that they are not used to with self check in etc and I told them to expect that. They had a number if needed anything.

The people there are brilliant and cannot do enough for you. Absolutely lovely. The fan in the room wad a nice touch

Sadly the sea view isn't a sea view. Its a view of trees across the road.. The bathroom in the room we were in was very compact ( being kind) The sink was tiny and I could barely use it as every time I bent down towards it I hit my head on the small cabinet above it. Could perhaps provide a bit more space for the hot drinks area. The only place to refill the kettle was from the tiny sink. We resorted to using bottled water.
