Loved the Location - view was good and very quite and peaceful. Rooms very comfortable - warm and cosy with beautiful bathroom and balcony view. Breakfast excellent especially out on balcony when weather is good.
No ice in room. No wiskey. Staff very good at getting me ice though. Wifi on and off and weak.

The guesthouse is great. The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable.
We messaged the property to say we'd be arriving between 21h30 and 22h00 as our flight landed from CT at 20h00, this was not acknowledged by them and when we got there were left waiting for over 20 minutes outside in the dark while someone came to let us in. The experience did not make us feel welcome at all. Having paid in full beforehand you'd think they'd be expecting us?
Also the kitchen does not have butter but uses margarine only.

It's a great place to stay on a business trip right in the middle of the airport and city center. Rooms are spacious and well furnished, the place itself has a real African charming atmosphere, fantastic endless mountains views over savanna. A safe place to go for a walk around neighborhood. There are quite nice restaurants within 20 min walking distance. The staff is very friendly and efficient, ready to assist upon request.
A small swimming pool and you won't believe it: they don't have BBQ facilities. Though it can be easily fixed after my public notice :-)

Value for money was not really there, as also in the Etosha hotel of this group. Too much for not enough
