Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. I was unsure prior to our visit based on the mixed reviews but we were pleasantly surprised. The property is beautiful and well-kept, the beds and pillows were comfortable, the breakfast room was very pleasant and food was plentiful (they replenish throughout the morning so that the food stays fresh, and if something is low, just ask politely and the staff is happy to replenish!). Staff was amazing as well (esp. Toula (apologies if misspelled))!

We loved our stay - particularly the welcoming manager and her mother, the lovely breakfast room and garden and our room was clean and perfect for our 3 night stay. Everything was made so easy for us, including transfer from airport and thank you for the advice on the collectivo back to Cusco! The tea station was a lovely touch!
