The property was in a good location. The beds were very comfortable. Water pressure was great and the shower was nice and hot. There was an elevator. Kitchen was stocked well. The staff was absolutely excellent. Best service ever!! All of them were great.

Could us more lighting.

Excellent staff very helpful- great location fantastic air conditioning and very reliable elevator

After 7 days in a TINY room on a river cruise, I knew we would want space, which is why I originally booked this apartment. After being checked in by Matilda and Emily (who also gave us great ideas and advice), my first comment when we entered the room was,”WOW, we scored!” We love old buildings and the high ceilings and windows made the large room even more spacious. And a full, new kitchen! We were thrilled! And our lovely city view reminded us that we were facing the Bolhão Market. That first evening I texted friends and family to tell them that if they ever visited Porto, THIS was the place to stay! The location was also excellent.

There was not one thing we did not like!!!

The bed was comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. The desk staff were very pleasant and helpful.

There was no place to unpack your clothes - no cabinets, drawers or even shelves. The lighting was poor. The small two person sofa was very uncomfortable. The shower was marginal for size. Noise from the street was high.
