the room number 1, where we stayed, is just close to the communal area, so that you must wake up when the hotel personal starts fixing the breakfast.

The accommodation was great for a short stay. The bed was comfortable and room very clean. The outdoor space was a great addition and the breakfast was nice.

The bathroom fan smelt when it was running. Also, the walls are thin. But other than that we really enjoyed our stay

The location was awesome, parking was easy and we were a 2 minute walk to the ocean! The property was new and updated and very comfortable. Great having an outdoor space attached and enjoyed the breakfast very much.

The rooms were small and poorly insulated. You could hear every door, toilet flush and cough other guests made on the property. Also, we are early risers and not having coffee access until 7:30 was a bummer. Also, it would have been very easy to leave a code to access our room, instead of having to meet someone there. We were coming from the airport and it was stressful knowing someone was waiting for us, we would have liked to have a check in where we didn't need to meet anyone.

Beautiful rooms. Perfectly clean. Breakfast was generous. The staff were really friendly and helpful. It's located really near to the beach and all the bars and restaurants.

Very kind and helpful staff. The lady who runs the place was always ready to help and can speak English. Good location, near to the centre and to the sea. There is a parking area too.

My partner wasn't able to sleep because of the pillow. The plumning system was not the best in the bathroom, so it was always smelly a little.

Great breakfast, modern clean reception area. Excellent location 5 minutes from the beach. Friendly staff.

Room 1 too close to reception which meant quite noisy from 8am onwards.

Rossela was wonderful - no doubt. She made all to make this stay unforgetable. We ordered our breakfast with detailed sizilian spezialities on the 1st day for the next and she realized it to 100%. Also she tried to give us the best recommentations for the visit! The view from the balcony was not the best, we got a room with view to the mountains, but there were also not so nice houses in the neighbourhood. My wife booked the room and first I was anout this a bit unhappy to habe no balcony with view to the sea. BUT on the end I would say that was really not necessary in this area at San Vito lo Capo. You have the sea anyway very close to the room and you are chickly there and the nature and bueautiful views you will also have in the refugio Zingaro less than 20km far away with unforgethable small beaches there you will never forget. We liked to be there! thanks. we will come again.

the houses beside in the neighbourhood - but overall this issue made this stay not bad?

We absolutely loved our stay in this apartment. Our host Francesca and the staff were very helpful. Francesca also helped us with the organization of the day trips! The apartment was very clean and the breakfast was the best. The apartment is located within 3 min of walking distance from the beach and the bus stop.

Laura and Francesca are very friendly! Comfortable room, good bed, nice breakfast. Close to restaurants. We considered the beach in town too busy and packed.with beds and umbrellas. We preferred thr ones in the Zingaro Reserve.

The room was very big and had a terrace. We’ve used their private parking which was great. It’s super close to the beach and nice restaurants and bars. Laura and Francesca were super nice.

Doors that rattle and noisy when someone else opens their door, AC impossible to regulate, uncomfortable bed with sheets smaller than what they should be.

Location was perfect. Room modern, clean and comfortable. Breakfast offered a nice selection of fresh products. Staff were very helpful and pleasant.

During the night the AC did not cool enough. For some reason it worked better during the day. But this is just to be picky.

Breakfast was good, especially the croissants and the fresh fruit. With had a special request which was readily accommodated by the staff. Breakfast started at 8:30 am, which is a *bit* late if you want to go on a trip, although by asking the day before we could have it at 8:00 am (no coffee, though)

Our room could have used a bit more storage space (i.e. a couple of drawers and a bathroom shelf). Aside from that, we were very happy for the room
