The location and the staff.
The fact that it was a disabled room. No aircon in the room. Fan just circulated warm air.

The location.
Pleasant staff.
The shower is not easy to opérate. The temperature kept changing for no reason.
Yesterday the floor in the bathroom had water everywhere when I came back in the evening.

Hotel clean, with comfy beds and OK bathroom. Good central location, and pretty quiet.
Room and common parts very tired, and shabby. Very grumpy man on reception (unable to recommend a restaurant), and no bar, though clearly advertised as 7 days a week. We arrived tired after a long journey early on a Sunday evening, in need of a relaxing place to stay and a coffee or a beer.. Hotel was undergoing external renovations, but this was not made clear when booking. Drew curtains early in morning to find men walking past on scaffolding!
