Die Lage ist gut, fussläufig zur Innenstadt Lüneburg. Frühstück ist auch gut, alles da. Zimmer ist sauber, alles gut.
Leider waren die Aufzüge nicht immer funktionsbereit.
Die Kissen waren sehr dünn.

Nettes Personal, direkter Zugang zur Therme, schönes Zimmer.
Es gab nichts auszusetzen.

Gute Lage, gutes vielfältiges Frühstück
Zumindest fehlte Trinkwasser, Minibar nicht bestückt. Duscheintritt könnte von Acryl mit Schimmelpilz beseitigt werden ansonsten sauber

The breakfast is a treat! Perfect location if you need to be at the University but also want to enjoy the town.
Staff were very nice.
No air conditioning but was good whether if keeping the balcony door open. the balcony of the room is shared with another room (they are seperated by a very small railing), and our neighbours were loudy and smoked so our room was
in smoke also.

Very good breakfast. Big rooms, nice view and nice area. Rooms was newly renovated and clean.
Dinner buffet was bad and expensive. One of the rooms was very hot. The rooms was missing a fire escape plan, and there was no coffee left.

The location was good and the breakfast was nice.
I stayed for 4 nights and my room was not cleaned once. I have informed the reception every day about this. I needed to buy my own toilet paper and I needed to take out my own rubbish and dispose of it in a public bin.
I was shocked that the hotel did not offer to clean my room after I have told them about the situation.

Room was clean and comfortable; old town was in easy walking distance; close parking space was available; great breakfast. Would recommend!

Big hotel. Excellent, plentiful breakfast. Basic rooms. Short distance from sights, like salt museam and old town, bit longer to train station.

The breakfast, the location of the hotel near a nice park, and the staff are the best things about the hotel. The breakfast is excellent, with great variety and high-quality food.
Internet in the room is painful; just doesn't work. We had to go to the conference room to work. The rooms don't have AC, so during warm days, you need to keep the windows/balcony doors open. This would not be a problem if the street wasn't so noisy. Pillows are very uncomfortable.

The breakfast is really good and with many options. The beds are comfortable and the location is very near to the city center. 15 minutes walking.
The balconies of the rooms have no divisions therefore one can hear everything from the other room (loud music till late hours). The pillows are not comfortable at all, too big. The main elevator does not work properly.

It was very well located. The place was clean and comfortable. Also the breakfast was amazing
Early check-in/late check-out possibility would be better. At the the the staff was helpful but that can be improved more. If they could have an iron it would be perfect since we were there for a wedding :)

balcony was not well maintained, also in corridor furniture were stored. altogether you won’t get good feeling at the first sight but overall we had pleasant stay and I would stay again there next time.
