Schöne und ruhige Lage am Kurpark. Komfortables Zimmer. Grosses Bad, prima.

Das Zimmer war Klasse, das Fenster, welches über die ganze Wand ging und sich halb öffnen ließ, war außergewöhnlich.
Frühstück war sehr gut und das Essen im Restaurant auch sehr lecker. Die Lage war etwas außerhalb, aber dafür sehr ruhig.
Sehr angenehmes Hotel.

The Air condition consisted of portable units. The unit in muy room was not working.

A good location near the university. 15 min walk from the town center. However, there is a bus station a 1 min walk from the hotel.
2 guys from the hotel staff were nice and helpful looking for an electric adapter to my laptop as I forgot mine. They found an adapter in the hotel for a deposit of 20 euros.
Very good breakfast.
There was a blockage in the shower my entire stay at the hotel. The shower overflowed after 2 minutes of showering. On the first day I asked for it to be fixed, and on the second day as well. The issue was not resolved until I left, 5 days later.

The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable.
Dinner and breakfast were very good.
Staff, especially in the bar and restaurant area, were great - very attentive and helpful even under pressure due to an early-evening event.

The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff are all friendly. Lovely location and able to get a goodnight's sleep.

The breakfast was nice and the morning cappuccino was the best. Close to Leuphana University and a medium distance walk into town.
All was good... No complaints.

Overall the hotel and especially breakfast was nice
Too expensive for the experience - classic chain hotel. Room had large spiders, perhaps due to its location close to nature

the restaurant and the bar were closed so I had to go to another hotel dor dinner.

They Gave me room on street side ....full of noise and can't sleep well ....

breakfast was fine, room was good, bathroom was very good, service was friendly
the bed was moderate, the wifi needed reconnection all the time.
what was surprising is that for breakfast all tables in the restaurant were available, while for diner only 30% (or even less).

A bit far from town center but it is a nice walk to get there!

if you are going to Leuphana, ti's perfect location, 5 min walk. Getting to center might be tricky during the night, otherwise very nice.
That I didn't know about sauna and cardio - have to figure it out next time :)
