The location was perfect and the room was excellent! Perfect for a city stay. Also the staff especially Maurice was fantastic!
Everything was fantastic

Reception staff were great. Really friendly
No plastic bags in the bin for rubbish. I imagine that’s a green initiative

They [false]advertise they have a big discount on the nearby parking garage (from 32 euro a night down to 19 euro). But it turns out the QR codes they give you for the discount are NEVER accepted by the parking place, no matter which machine you try. The parking staff even tried to help me and said those codes are simply invalid. When confronted by this the hotel staff would say "Well, there's nothing we can do. We don't own the parking garage". This is akin to a scam, as those with a car would find the parking discount a very attractive offer.
