Location of hotel was excellent. Near train station. Breakfast was better than I expected and the staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were small, but adequate and clean.
Would have liked wash cloths and tissues to be provided for us.

Location is excellent, walking distance from both train station and city attractions. It also has great restaurant options nearby. Staff is friendly, and everything is clean. Breakfast was good enough.
Nothing in particular, the hotel is dated but it's also a character about being hosted in Florence.

The place is very accessible to the facility that you like to visit.
The stairs in front of the building that was entrance to the reception is a little bit high.

Modern, comfortable bed and bedroom. 5 min from the station and very centric location. Breakfast was great.
Bathrooms are extra small. I am not talking about small but extra small.

"Non facciamo una abbondante colazione . Però prendendo caffe e cornetto , abbiamo constatato che vi era un ricco buffet di dolce e salato. Personale molto gentile"
