Modern, spacious and very friendly staff.
More toiletries would be nice and towel hooks near the shower.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and we really love the location
The reception area had a slight musty smell, possibly due to a recent flood

Excellent location relatively close to major transport links and not far from the center as well. Helpful and smiling staff, rooms were cleaned daily, the facilities were also good.
Nothing major, there was a bit of outside noise, especially from the trams.

Great location and cool fun designed building. The room was well designed considering the small space. Nice to have windows that opened into an interior courtyard - it was nice and quiet. Staff are friendly and the reception and breakfast area are clean. Air conditioning worked very well. The room shower was great with good water pressure.
Hotel is very dated. There is a musty smell when you come inside by the reception. The hallways are very dimly lit; I think it’s a design choice but it’s not great for accessibility. The pillows were flat and hard. The walls / room was dusty (but otherwise clean). Coffee / kettle needs to be requested. Overall I found this was more 3 stars than 4.
