Windsor Hotel Milano

The location was very good. Around 15 minutes to every major place you want. The hotel was nice, but a bit noisy. You can hear everything going on in the corridor. Special thanks to Luca from the reception, he was very nice and helpful. The bathroom in my room could use some refreshment.

Location was good

Very noisy trams going past all hours and noise came through windows very loud. Not worth the expense bathroom was old style with shower in bath and we find these very slippery. Soap pumps attached to wall feels cheap

I liked how nice they were and how clean it was

The air was a little bit hard to figure out

The room was very clean and the housekeeping staff very kind.

The breakfast staff was rude and the food was poor. Bacon was literally raw everyday, staff had terrible attitude when we kindly requested some crisp cooked bacon. The shower is actually dangerous, I am a small person and there was hardly room to turn around in and no grab bars. The AC is limited by a central control so cannot be turned cooler resulting in the room staying very hot. There are a few stairs in the lobby to maneuver with luggage to get to the elevator and yet there is no ramp nor assistance. The hallways echo significantly thus the rooms are very noisy (I was on the top floor).
