Absolutely great location. Directly across the street from the beach, many restaurants & a lot of shopping. Very good breakfast every morning.

rooms were a little small. We had a balcony, so that helped a lot.

Lovely little hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Loved the little balcony with a sea view and just to sit and watch the sunset and people out and about. Tasty breakfast of eggs and bacon.

Italian-style breakfasts, flawless. Croissants and coffee extremely delicious :) Friendly canteen, with lots of interesting photos from the owners' travels around the world. It is possible to eat meals on the terrace.

A little more variety in breakfast. Besides, there is really no point in trying to argue what was wrong.

Our room was in front of the sea. We heard and saw all the time the Tirreno sea. The beach was in 100 m. The weather was fantastic, still hot, not windy, I think it is a real gift in the end of October. We found amazing restaurants near the hotel, whit reasonable price and super big portions. The hotel staff were very kind and supportive with special suggestions also what we can visit in Firenze or Lucca. The breakfast was Italian with sweet brios, ham and salamy and tasty coffee. For sure we will return.
