We loved the hotel, the amazing room, the hotel’s location, the excellent breakfast..we loved it‼️

An oasis of calm in the city. A really comfy room with lots of space, a large comfortable bed and a lovely bathroom. The location is great for exploring the city: it's right by the waterfront in the heart of the city but the soundproofing in the room meant it still felt nice and quiet. Breakfast was lovely and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Very few criticisms, the only thing we didn't like was that the laundry service was eye-wateringly expensive, much more than we've paid at other hotels. But apart from that everything was lovely.

Everything!
Nothing.

The rooms and locations are good
I texted them in advance that we have breakfast and we are both vegan. I got an answer that they have forwarded this to the relevant team. On breakfast the vegan options were fruits and vegetables. The staff in the breakfast room was the most unfriendly staff I have ever met. The feeling was like I am having a breakfast in their own home.
